In a combined effort to support anti-racist struggles worldwide, AIAIAI have joined forces with global music platform NTS and cult label Brain Dead to launch a limited edition TMA-2 model, with all profits donated to anti-racist organisations.
These headphones will be sold via pre-order over the next four days only. All of the resulting profits will be split equally between the following three charities and organisations: The Black Curriculum in the UK, Mino in Denmark and The Movement for Black Lives in the US.
With each organisation picked by three collaborators from three different countries, this international collaboration stresses the importance of cooperation and collective action in the global fight against structural racism.
The Black Curriculum is a social enterprise working to promote the inclusion of Black British history in the national curriculum, whereas Mino is a non-profit organization which promotes opportunities for and representation of minority ethnic Danes. The Movement for Black Lives is an umbrella organization, bringing together more than fifty groups representing the interests of black communities across the US.
