Brain Dead X Godzilla: Godzilla Day
(Thu, Nov 06, 25)Seventy-one years after Godzilla first appeared on screen, the monster still looms large as an enduring symbol of imagination, fear, and resilience. To mark this milestone, Brain Dead and Toho come together for a collection that celebrates the craft and legacy behind Japan’s most legendary kaiju.
Each piece draws from a different corner of the Godzilla universe. The Maquette styles pay homage to the handmade models that first brought the creature to life. Mechagodzilla returns as the metallic rival who tested Godzilla’s strength throughout the Showa era, while Mothra takes flight once again — a nod to balance and beauty within destruction.
Artist Will Sweeny brings these icons into the Brain Dead world through illustrations across apparel, glassware, and collectibles. The collection includes the Mechagodzilla Padded Elbow Hoodie, Mothra Pique Football T-shirt, Maquette Ringer and Kids T-shirts, 6 Panel Engineer Hat, Mechagodzilla Pint and Hand Towels, Maquette Milk Glass, and Sticker Pack, and highlighted by the Sarujirushi 1954 Godzilla Figure, a reimagining of the original ShodaiGoji design cast in rich metalic colored vinyl.
To celebrate, we’re hosting Godzilla Day screenings around the world in tandem with the collection release on November 7th, 2025, a return to the big screen for the creature that started it all.
The Brain Dead x Godzilla collection drops November 7th, 2025.
