(SHIPPING TIMELINES)
Due to production timelines, specialty products may incur a shipping delay on your order. Please refer to individual product descriptions for fulfillment estimates. For products without indicated shipping estimates, order processing may take 4-5 business days, but often ships sooner.
(INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING)
We ship to most countries worldwide excluding Belarus, Brazil, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Russia, Ukraine, and Venezuela.
Applicable duties and import taxes are calculated at checkout where available.
International shipments may be subject to customs processing and clearance procedures, which may affect delivery times.
If an international shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned to sender, original shipping charges and any duties, taxes, customs fees, or other government-imposed charges are non-refundable.
(DOMESTIC (US) RETURNS)
This policy applies only to orders delivered within the United States. Customers located in the EU may refer to our International (EU) Returns policy for information regarding their statutory right of withdrawal.
To create a return or exchange, initiate through our return portal at returns.wearebraindead.com within 7 days of delivery.
Approved returns must be shipped within 7 days of return authorization in new, unused condition with all original tags, packaging, and accessories included. Returns shipped more than 7 days after a return label has been issued are no longer eligible for a refund, store credit, or exchange.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases involving defective merchandise or fulfillment errors.
Please note, return requests may not exceed $2,000 per order. Returns exceeding $600 are eligible for store credit or exchange only.
Items purchased from wearebraindead.com cannot be returned to any Brain Dead retail location. Likewise, items purchased at a Brain Dead retail store may only be returned to the original location of purchase.
Exchange orders, items purchased on sale or at a discount, and any products identified as FINAL SALE are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or store credit.
(INTERNATIONAL (EU/EEA) RETURNS)
Customers in the EU / EEA may exercise their statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving their order.
To create a return, initiate through our return portal at returns.wearebraindead.com within 14 days of delivery, or submit a request through our EU Withdrawal request page linked in the footer.
Items must be returned within 14 days after approval of your withdrawal request in new, unused condition with all original tags, packaging, and accessories included. Customers are responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the products.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise, a refund will be issued to the original payment method for:
The purchase price of the returned item(s);
Any duties and import taxes paid at checkout; and
The cost of the original standard outbound shipping method, where applicable.
Additional customs duties, brokerage fees, taxes, or import charges paid directly to a courier, customs authority, or other third party are not reimbursable.
The following products are exempt from the right of withdrawal and are final sale:
Perfumes;
Soaps;
Perishable goods; and
Any other products excluded from withdrawal rights under applicable law.
